  • A lifelong Daviess County resident, Brad Cecil is a graduate of Owensboro Catholic High and holds a BS in Business Administration from Murray State University. A fifth generation farmer, Brad still enjoys working on the family farm in West Louisville. A thirteen year veteran of the Daviess County real estate market, Brad is widely known for his opinion/real estate advice column printed bi-weekly in the Messenger-Inquirer real estate section.
In addition to being a licensed real estate broker, Brad is also a KY and IN auctioneer, a farmer, writer, and "jack" of at least a dozen other trades. He is the master of only one trade and that is real estate brokerage, and will be glad to help with your next move.

    Jaclyn Lanham
Jaclyn Lanham was also a Farmer's House client as a buyer and seller. Our dedication to customer service and industry leading competitiveness is what drew her to a career with Farmer's House. As our office administrator, Jaclyn is here to make sure your deal gets done right. Dedicated to making sure nothing slips through the cracks, she is detail oriented and makes sure the rest of the team stays on task and provides the best customer service possible. Call 270-792-2247.
    Christy Sumner
Originally from Whitesville, Christy now lives just across the Hancock County line and began her career as a traditional agent, but the feel of the old real estate business model left her cold. Like all the other team members, she found Farmer's House first as a client. "I was just really impressed with what Brad was doing, providing great service for a price people could actually afford." The experience inspired her to resume her real estate career, with a chance to offer others the same great experience she'd had. An expert in East Daviess, Hancock and Ohio County properties, Christy would be glad to show you why Farmer's House is a great choice when you have property to sell. Call 270-993-7550.
